Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement provided they have not yet been processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@toga.com with your order details.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may initiate a return following the guidelines outlined below.
TOGA reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory restrictions. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any payments received will be fully refunded.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned product(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping fees (if any) and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
If the returned item fails inspection (e.g., signs of use, missing components), the return will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
